Training
Let us train your trainer through our "Train the Trainer" program. The training can take place onsite at your location or in a classroom setting in our location. We will prepare your trainer and give him or her the necessary tools to train your agents to provide exception customer service. The training will be customized to your business and the trainer will receive AlphaTel certification upon satisfactory completion of the training course.
